Built at the beginning of the 20th century by the wealthy António Monteiro, Quinta da Regaleira was designed as a place filled with symbolism, mystery, and imagination. Inspired by Gothic, Manueline, Renaissance, and Romantic styles, the estate reflects influences connected to alchemy, Masonry, the Knights Templar, and ancient mythology.

Every corner of the property was carefully designed with hidden meanings, transforming Quinta da Regaleira into one of the most unique and fascinating estates in Portugal.
